These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of cleaning services by Natly Services (“we,” “our,” “us”) to you, the customer (“you,” “your”). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We offer Regular cleaning, Deep cleaning, and End of tenancy cleaning services within the Northamptonshire area. Specific services and areas covered will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer and online payment. Late payments may incur additional charges.
While we take great care in providing our services, we are not liable for any loss or damage unless caused by our negligence. We are fully insured, and claims must be made within 24 hours of the service.
You are responsible for providing access to your property at the agreed time and ensuring a safe working environment for our staff. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. If we terminate the agreement, we will refund any payments made for services not yet provided.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website, and we will notify you of any significant changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
